Pre-requisites:
- Understanding of network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open to traveling globally
- Knowledge of IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions, and an experience in pre-sales or technical account management is an added advantage
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling end-to-end pre-sales engagements and presenting our solutions at events both in-person and online
- Providing technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI
- Devising scope, statement of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation
- Acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
- Retaining customers through our customer success program
